Communication was excellent from the initial consultation through installation and final payment. Justin was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive as he guided me through the many decisions regarding materials, hardware, and window styles. I cannot recommend this window installation team highly enough. They recently completed a massive project at my home, installing the 41 new windows and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.
Jeremy, the team leader is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about the integrity of his work. When they uncovered some water damage issues, he went completely out of his way to properly repair moldy beams and replace the wall insulation before installing the new windows.
