We were very happy with our choice to use TerraBurst to complete a sewer repair at our residence. We had a 20 foot sag in our sewer line which required an open excavation repair. Because we live in an attached house the space to work with was small and we were concerned it would impact our neighbours yard and property. Ean and his team did an amazing job preparing both ourselves and our neighbours before starting the job so we knew what was going to happen. Would give Terraburst a 6/5 if I could. The team was organized, thorough, professional and true experts. They responded to our urgent water issue immediately, and got us scheduled in the same week they assessed the issue.
Nathan was extremely well informed and helped put our minds at ease. The team showed up on time, around 7am, and completed the work by 3pm. This included them doing a wonderful job of cleaning up the excavation - despite poor weather conditions.
It was easy to tell that this team got along well. They were polite, understanding and did a phenomenal job getting our water up and running - with minimal mess.

We were very impressed by this crew, particularly Dustin and Will, installing a CIPP rehab of our sewer line. They arrived on time, kept us well informed of their progress including when we could or could not use our services. They were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently and we were able to use our toilets after only about 6 hours. They left the job site clean and tidy. There was an unexpected hitch when installing a backflow valve, which they handled with patience and skill.
