The staff and tech at Jamison were amazing to deal with. Susan on the phone was helpful with giving advice to help troubleshoot the problem. She was also transparent on giving an ETA for when the Tech (Curt) would arrive. As soon as Curt arrived he thoroughly explained the issue and provided a step by step guide on how to fix the issue on my own if the problem where to happen again. Curt also caught an ignitor at the end of it's lifespan and was able replace it before it failed. Overall I'm pleased and would highly recommend Jameson.
