Extremely disappointing experience with the clinic's management. Booking an appointment here feels completely meaningless because I still ended up sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. The overall organization and patient workflow are terrible. Patient care starts with proper scheduling, and this clinic severely fails at that.
I whish i could give them zero star, I have booked an appointment with them which was for 7pm and its 8:30 still waiting for the dr. And the hilarious part is that they don't care about the reviews cuz there are lot of other reviewers with same complaints. None of them got reply from the Taralake Medical Clinic.
Don't go there
Terrible doctors clinics, crazy wait time all to be seen by a doctor who laughs off your problems. Dr Amin has provided no help for my family, waits until issues get bigger and bigger terrible service. Canadian health care is at an all time low.
