My daughter had her 4th years vaccine. Past 3 years she had her vaccines in BC, every time she was scared, cried a lot. This time she had with Health Care Person Sarah at Village Square Health Centre. Sarah made it so funny and my daughter didn’t cry at all. Thanks Sarah. It was an amazing experience for our family.
Nice and clean location.
Nurses are helpful. Appointments are recommended and don't be late for more then 10 minutes as most likely they will reschedule you.place is clean and have small paly area for kids.Customer service at front can be improved as some time all of the front desk staff is on phones and people are waiting.
Nurses are really friendly and the place is clean but receptionists take away 2 stars for being rude and and absolutely unpleasant to talk to. Also it takes a long time to get a hang of them on the phone.
