Martindale Medical Clinic

Most useless doctors work at this clinic. Very unsatisfying experience in every visit. First of all they don’t book an appointment on call. You have to come in to book an appointment,Even after booking appointment they tell you to go home and call back after some time to check how long it will take. Imagine how annoying it is for the person who doesn’t drive have to take a bus back and forth. Second they don’t pay much attention to patient problem my mum had to go back four times for her knee problem before they wrote down her ultrasound and x-ray.

Worst clinic , I visited the clinic and I waited here for my turn for 1 hour and then they send me to the doctor room and I also waited the doctor there more than a hour,don’t visit this clinic

I have been going to this clinic for the past 12 years, so I was extremely hurt and disappointed by my experience this morning.

I called to book an appointment, but the front desk receptionist was very rude to me and hung up the phone without even allowing me to finish speaking or explaining my situation. I called back, and Raman answered the phone. I explained to her that the receptionist should have listened to me instead of simply hanging up.

After being a patient here for 12 years, I never expected to be treated this way. I understand that people can have busy or stressful days, but there is no reason to speak disrespectfully to a patient or hang up without listening.
