Purcell was extremely professional and they did clean work. I met Brent at the Calgary Home & Outdoor show and we discussed options that would work for our space. Within 2 weeks, workers were out and installed our A/C unit with 0 issues. We called Brent on the weekend. He was very helpful and friendly on the phone and he came to the house on Monday. Given the age of our heat pump it was decided to replace it rather than repair then replace it. The new heat pump installation was done professionally and is working well.
