“Before it was good. But this time ,l hire them to remove the mouse ? from my house just, l lost my money because my agreement is to control the mouse. The mouse is still in the house when, l told them the mouse is still in the house, they said l,have to repay again .it's really sad ? .“

“Had Ken come in for a cockroach and mice infestation at one of my rental properties. We had been having the issue for a while and didn’t get time to try treating it ourselves . We booked an appointment with him the next day and he followed up again after 2 weeks. He gave us proper instructions prior to the treatment and after the treatments on what to do to prevent further infestations. Luckily we havnt seen a single cockroach or mice in our property since then and it’s been a couple months. His pricing was so much fair as compared to other companies we contacted and the work was solid . Would highly recommend for someone looking to get any services done .“

You know it's a great company when the employees talk very highly about it and the ownership. Automatic follow up is done but more than likely not needed. Would definitely use again.

Called them again. They said Saturday and actually came early :) Send me an invoice afterwards and gentleman that did the work was very nice. What you expect but rarely get these days. Came, did the work and hardly noticed him. And they come back if the gophers show up again. Wonderful. Worthwhile investment for the septic fields. Thank you!“

Then we put tarps and rugs on the deck and hung wasp traps. In hindsight, we were no competition and it was a futile effort. They were constantly finding new entrances.
