We had noise coming from the walls in the basement and my son was all stressed out. Nancy took my call and said Aura will be there in 20 minutes. They both were amazing and empathetic. Aura took care of everything and even went above and beyond to seal the walls so that similar incidents dont happen again. Thank you Nancy and Aura. You both saved the day and the bird that was trapped is now free and living how it was meant to. Highly recommend this company so call them without a doubt. Thank you again.

My experience with Cal-Rid was exceptional! The booking process with Nancy was seamless and friendly, with clear communication on the preparation list. On-site, Mike, the technician, was fantastic - a great communicator who kept me informed throughout. I have to say, it was a really good experience with this company. The receptionist was polite, professional and ended up changing the way the pests were treated when I became ill.. I tested positive for covid and they still came and did the job. They used bait and the technician listened to me, answered my questions and was really polite. Highly recommend. Wanted to leave a review on ****** but wouldn't let me. Thanks for a positive experience.
