Recent reviews show a mix of experiences; some customers were disappointed when issues like mice were not fully resolved despite paying for control, while others appreciated the reasonable prices and quick responses, such as a quote within a few hours for only $17/month. There are also high praises for technicians like Sean Evens, who is described as extremely professional, courteous, and thorough, always explaining the process and following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
We had a somewhat difficult issue, and Carlos found the problem, we then mitigated the issues, and will be monitoring the areas going forward now that we’ve identified the causes. Carlos is wonderful, he truly cares about his profession, he’s personable and easy to talk to about things, and it’s easy to see he values his customers. Highly recommend this company. Thanks!!!

Before it was good. But this time ,l hire them to remove the mouse 🐁 from my house just, l lost my money because my agreement is to control the mouse. The mouse is still in the house when, l told them the mouse is still in the house, they said l,have to repay again .it's really sad 😔 .
