The gentleman that I had come out to our home to deal with pest control was amazing! We talked for probably 45 minutes on the phone after a couple of visits and he assured me that everything in the home was taken care of properly. He was very professional and prompt, and I found that the reports that they gave me on each visit over the three months was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company again for any pest control issues that you may have.
John and Andrew were fast, kind and very confident with their areas of attack. Highly recommended! Thank you both!
Update review. We have had both John and Andrew come out to check their work at two separate times, and again the service and professionalism is outstanding! Thank you both for making a hard situation easy, and no mice since the first visit!
Final review. John came and picked up our traps at my convenience. He is very professional and kind. If we ever have issues with pests in the future, I will absolutely use orkin again!
After struggling for 8 months with another well-known company in Alberta, we turned to Orkin. Within a month, Shane’s expertise and thorough approach resolved the issue and gave us peace of mind. Thank you so much Shane for your help and understanding!
