We were experiencing temperature inconsistencies in our new home.The back ( north facing) of the home was noticeably cooler than the front ( south facing). The thermostat had been installed in the front of the unit in a narrow hallway, surrounded by 3 air vents and was also impacted by afternoon sun through the entryway window. Kyle immediately noticed the problem and returned to relocate the thermostat to the central part of the home. Kyle is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our concerns and promptly took our concerns back to his company. Both he and Jyle are courteous, meticulous, put their customers first and they are prompt. Jessica and Kyle were amazing to deal with! They were super supportive of my questions and the issue I was having. It turned out to be a non-issue but, very glad I was able to be connected to the both of them for what I needed. These guys are great!

Thank you to the Ocean team from the bottom of our stinky butts! We certainly were fortunate to call the right number. We now have a brand new tank, installed and hot water is running! No idea how they got us in so fast but we are truly grateful for your efficient and full service, no mess and even got a few pointers for my furnace efficiency while they were here.All the best to you all especially in the busy season! You do great work.
