In the midst of a “polar vortex” in Feb 2021, the hot water heating in my apartment condominium failed after hours. Reggin had only recently taken on the contract for maintenance and repair. I found their dispatcher and technicians responded quickly, and worked diligently to repair our heating. Throughout the process of 3 service calls within 24 hours, necessitated by a complex problem, the staff remained friendly, courteous and concerned. Kudos to Zach and Richard!!

Jarrod, was very professional. He called to book the appointment, came exactly the time he said he would. Went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and give me some additional safety tips without wasting any time.
