I walked into Marathon to aquire a replacement slider for a kitchen cabinet drawer. a lady at the main counter gave me the part # and who I would contact to order the part. She was very helpful and pleasant.
Layne is awesome! I used to buy my cabinet hardware at Richelieu and Hafele. Hafele no longer has a store in Calgary and their products don't have the quality that Marathon offers. Richelieu is getting too expensive and their sales reps don't have the experience offered by Marathon's staff. Layne from Marathon helped me after I checked with Richelieu and Hafele. She provided suggestions that the other two hardware stores hadn't considered. Marathon is my first choice for hardware now and I don't need to look elsewhere.
