We went there looking for spring roll wrappers, and three of the staff stocking the shelves told us they couldn’t be put out until late at night and would be ready the next day. Since we were an hour and a half away, we really needed them that day.
We explained our situation to Tasha at the cashier, and she went above and beyond by calling the warehouse/stocking team to see if they could help us out.
And this guy stepped up and made it happen! 🙌 He took the time to help us get what we needed.

After Costco, if you are looking to buy stuff In larger quantities, this place offers that, prices are ok but on some items, I would recommend go to Real canadian super store, considering it's the same chain. Some cashiers are very good at there service but some new ones i have experienced they are just filling the position and don't know anything about what and how customer service should be done, from beginning to end, I wonder on what basis these people gets hired.
We shop here every week for a food business we own. 25 years now. The staff are usually extremely helpful and courteous, as a rule we find their prices very competitive and a lot of products are carried in home sizes and commercial sizes so you can shop for home, not just businesses. They sometimes have critical items for us out of stock but when that happens the staff will check and let you know when it should be back in stock and if necessary they enter it in so it gets ordered. The cashiers are very friendly and they will ring things in with a handheld scanner when you have large items so you don't have to lift them.
