Above and beyond this thought, we have been truly blessed to have one particular staff as my grandmother primary caregiver from the very beginning. She demonstrates the excellent capacity to maintain a necessary level of professionalism while providing compassionate care for my grandmother and efficient oversight the management of the house. I live miles away from my grandmother and knowing that this staff is caring for her and that In-Need Home Care is there for us, has lifted much of the uncertainty and feelings of vulnerability that were so pervasive initially.
