I fractured my large toe and advised to get short a aircast. I was going to order on line but dr. said try Coop Medical as you could get one right away. I have never had to use an aircast so thought that would be best option as I could speak to someone. Went to the location on Macleod Trail was helped service was ok. Got the boot home only wore in the house. Weird as sometime the boot felt like it would cradle foot other times not. Checked everything, hose was fine foot was in proper. Felt like air would come out. After about a little over week decided to go to store. The girl that sold boot was on break. I walked in on Friday to purchase a new basket for my mom's walker, as hers had been broken by another resident where she lives. I had noted lots of hair in the wheels which made the wheels stick/slow, also the service tech noticed this. Ricky booked me a service appt on Monday afternoon and I brought the walker back in yesterday. It was fully cleaned (including the wheels and seat) and some broken parts were replaced. I waited in store and it took less than an hour. I am super happy with the walker's smoothness and maneuverability now! The staff in the service dept were friendly and knowledgeable and I was surprised to spend less than $50 for this service and parts....read full review
Co-op Home Health on MacLeod Trail have been so supportive over the past year and a half.. making sure my Mom is safe during her wheelchair transitions. I’ve appreciated Michelle C’s help in making sure all invoices were paid and her response times back to me are amazing. Thank you Michelle C!!
