Awful customer service.I’m about as cheerful as a customer can get, and the ladies I dealt with clearly hate their jobs.Returning some equipment we didn’t use, and their starting approach is that I must be trying to cheat them out of something .Definitely need to do better.

Without a doubt this is the most incompetent health company Calgary. Customer service is non existant. What you order is not what you receive. A total waist of time visiting or calling this company.

In dealing with their incontinence department I have twice left messages with each of the 4 reps and never gotten a reply. Except for once, but that was about a week after I left the message and I had already solved the problem. They may have a huge variety of stock but their service is deplorable. I was supposed to be on a repeat order of incontinence pads but somehow it was never sent. I phoned and left messages and then just went to the main operator and was put on to the manager. Fortunately they solved the problem but I'd had enough over the past 2 months of no one getting back to me with concerns.
