“Fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about them. In November when my vehicle required rather extensive repairs, they were honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be done and it actually ended up being much less than expected (the dealership misdiagnosed) many mechanics try to upsell. They don’t. Just tell you what needs to be done right now, and if it doesn’t need to be done they won’t try to make a sale.
Today, when I was driving and my cars exhaust broke off from the muffler I called them and Robin said I could bring it in asap and he can take a look. He ended up fixing it for very fair price and I got it back in less than 4 hours. I also was offered a ride home which was so amazing, and the gentleman who drove me was so nice. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and I really appreciate knowing I have a 10/10 mechanic for my big and small issues for life. Thanks again so much for fitting me in on such short notice!“

“I highly recommend Prime Auto repair for all your vehicles maintenance! They're very affordable and the mechanics don't lie to try get you to pay for something you don't need. I've been coming here for the past month and so far it's the most affordable place in Calgary that I know of. I've called other shops for the job Prime quoted me on and their price differences are by the hundreds! Anyways, I'd just bring your vehicle to Prime Auto and let them do their thing.
