Customer service is amazing! I have sent two cars there for pre-vehicle inspections. They get me in quickly, the price is fair and reasonable and the reports are fairly thorough. Will use them again and again.. Thank youuuuuu!

Prime Auto Repair has been working with my car for YEARS and I've had a great experience every time. They're transparent about the cost of things (that being said the costs are always reasonable and well explained), and they're extremely patient. I'm not a car person, so naturally when something is going on with my car I want to try to understand it. They take their time to explain the issue, even if they have to repeat themselves or explain in different ways until I feel like I understand the situation to the best of my ability.
