You know when women say its hard to find an honest mechanic?....Well I must say that this shop is upstanding and 100% accountable! I thank them for what they did to mitigate a complex situation and would recommend to anyone reading this post.

Car has a P0171 CEL, brought it in to get it diagnose. Jay came back with notes and tips on fixing the issue. Followed his instructions and my car is was fixed.I highly recommend Jay Automotive! Will definitely refer a friend here.Cheers

If I could give six stars I would. I have used many mechanics and auto body shops and Jays stands out because they don’t just offer great workmanship but amazing customer service. Their receptionist goes above and beyond. Her diligence to detail, using language that is understandable and remembering the actual customer is remarkable.As a female I feel safe in their space. I have never felt taken advantage of and I would recommend this location to anyone.(For reference I have brought a Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Subaru there)
