From the minute I called with my cars problem, Dave and his team were very courteous, professional and caring. Initially the problem was solved, however shortly after leaving the shop problem was back due to faulty part. Lads Auto resolved the problem next day at no additional charges, also they drove me to my residence then provided a ride back to the shop to get my vehicle. I highly recommend Lads Automotive and would not hesitate to take my vehicle back next time I have a problem.
They were ready for me when I got there just a bit early and I was done sooner than expected. I had booked the appointment as a wait while it’s done appointment. Everything seems to have been done as it should be. They gave me some recommendations but did not try to up sell me on those items. Great customer relations.
Very friendly staff. Quote and charge for wheel alignment were right on the mark. They even washed my vehicle for me, and gave me a courtesy ride home after I dropped off my vehicle in the morning! I'll be back!
