Shadi has many years of experience and is sweet, cheerful, attentive, excellent at listening to your needs and desires. She is talented and can easily manage your long hair, short hair, thin hair and thick hair. Shadi gives wonderful, relaxing head massages too. I am thinking about going grey, and it's a long process according to Shadi. So for now, we're doing ash highlights with a darker base. I am loving this phase of my hair! And, had 3 inches chopped, too. When will I fully embrace grey? I love this colour/highlights so who knows. Perhaps late 2024. :)
