“I had the most wonderful experience at Pearl Salon in the Sheraton Eau Claire yesterday while getting ready for my birthday dinner. I went in to have my hair styled and left with the most beautiful Hollywood waves — I absolutely loved them!

Jassy was my stylist and did such a beautiful job. Natasha, the owner, was also there sharing her knowledge and expertise along the way, and together they made the entire experience so special. You can tell there is a tremendous amount of skill and pride behind what they do.

But what really stood out to me was how lovely the whole experience was. The salon is exceptionally clean and beautiful, the products were wonderful, and the atmosphere had such great energy. There were lots of laughs and funny stories, and I felt completely comfortable and genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in.

Jassy and Natasha were both incredibly kind, attentive and professional, while still being so warm and down-to-earth. It didn’t feel like I was simply having my hair done — it felt like part of my birthday celebration.

And the Hollywood waves were gorgeous! ❤
