I have been taking my 2010 F150 to Centennial for 3 years and have only had positive experiences with them. They did my timing chain replacement in spring 2025 as well as spring/summer check up and my truck is still running well with over 308,000km. These are all Ford trained mechanics and I trust them for repairs done on my vehicle. Mark (owner) and Doug (service manager) run the place very well, explain all aspects of what repairs need to be done (if needed) and don't push any unnecessary work. I feel they have been honest in all my dealings with them! Thank you Mark and Doug for being a trustworthy shop in town!
I was hit with a radiator leak just as I was about to leave the city to head to Inuvik and Mark squeezed me in knowing I was packed to the prim and travelling with pets. They definitely didn’t have the time but they made it happen and explained the process the whole way through. Both Mark and Brandon were awesome at showing me what was actually wrong and what they fixed. Huge appreciation!
I asked for a general inspection, they asked what my concerns were. In my invoice they addressed all concerns, however I didn’t receive as detailed as an inspection I was hoping for. I was also charged for an hour of removing mud from my wheels, which I really could of done myself… I’ve brought the vehicle to a dealer previously for an inspection and it costs 1/2 the price and came with a detailed list of everything wrong, not just my concerns. However they were very friendly, easy to book with and end of day they did address any concern I had with the vehicle.
