I want to take a moment to share my experience working with Ian and the team at Facility Founders, because hiring them was truly one of the best decisions I made while starting my business.
Going into this, I honestly thought all I needed was funding. I already had my business plan, financial model, and facility layout completed. I also have a BA in business and years of experience as a baseball coach, so I felt confident in what I was building. What I didn’t realize was how valuable it would be to have someone like Ian in my corner throughout the entire process.
Ian was always there to answer the many questions that came up along the way. No matter how small or complex the issue was, he made himself available. Having him and his team as a safety net gave me peace of mind, especially when financial or strategic questions came up. It was reassuring to know I could lean on a well-diversed and knowledgeable team that truly understands this industry.
I’ll be honest, I was very skeptical at first about hiring Facility Founders because it was a big investment. Looking back now, it was worth every penny. I had been turned down multiple times trying to secure funding on my own. With Ian, the very first time my package was sent to a lender, I was approved.
Facility Founders didn’t just help with funding either. They helped me find the right building and walked with me through every step of the process. As I’m writing this, we are actively installing turf, netting, gym equipment, and HitTrax, and seeing everything come together is incredibly rewarding.
If you’re on the fence about hiring Facility Founders, my advice is simple: do it, and do it sooner rather than later. Ian and his team truly help you every step of the way, and I couldn’t have done this without them.
The DewStand (DSA-1F April 2022) was very well packed. It came via UPS and was in a heavy cardboard box within a wooden box. The “unboxing“ video is quite accurate. The other 5 star ratings are all very accurate. Because the DewStand is so energy efficient I have it plugged into my solar energy system and thus fully backed up. I had the opportunity to contact the support staff and that was a real pleasure. The support staff were helpful and quick. The reverse osmosis cartridge wrench you can see in a video has been discontinued. It is available for less than $10.00 from Amazon and eBay. I used just my hands to unscrew the RO cartridge top but you could also use a strap wrench also available from Amazon and eBay. The DewStand does have a maintenance tail. A customer must replace the cartridges every six months, the Reverse Osmosis cartridge every year, and the three UV lamps every two years. I plan to buy a Full Kit subscription in June to start replacing in July. Customers save a lot of money with the subscription. If I run into any subscription problems, which I don’t expect, I will post another evaluation. The DewStand is very high quality. I highly recommend that anyone who wants/needs an atmospheric water generator buy a DewStand. The water tastes great! My dog, cats, and I all drink it.

Amazing massage. Shantel is strong! I had upper back pain and Shantel was able to pinpoint exactly what I needed to feel relief. She's extremely professional, polite, and her studio is comfortable, clean, and relaxing.
Ping does amazing work, deep tissue massage, and joint stretching. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, by a long shot!

The whole building is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a welcoming and helpful receptionist. There are a variety of services at They Gym, and all are very reasonably priced. I see Kim for waxing services. She is very thorough, explains aftercare, and comes across as naturally personable. Although waxing some areas could potentially feel awkward, Kim makes the experience comfortable and umembarrassing.
I came on very short notice, and Crystal did a fantastic job!!!! The pricing was very good (I'm a guy). This is now my new spot!!!!! Thank you!

I’ve had haircuts across the country—including Aveda in NYC and Troubadour on the West Coast—but the best cut I’ve ever had was done here by Linda.
I called Master Clean after I had purchased a house and needed a bunch of junk from the garage needed hauled off to the dump. They were very prompt and reasoanable and went above and beyond. They hauled off everything that needed to go and had everything cleaned up very quickly. I will defintely be using them again. Isaiah did a fantastic job and was very polite and nice to work with.
They are dependable, fair and get the job done! Our family highly recommends them.

I had only had one facial my whole life and I’m 44 years old. After having my facial with Lauren, I am hooked. She took the time to evaluate my skin, telling me exactly what needed to be done without gouging and trying to force me into something I didn’t need. She’s highly skilled professional clean And all around an amazing soul. I felt super comfortable in her cozy suite I have now booked appointments and will continue to do so so my skin can look the best it can. she’s also given my 16-year-old daughter a teen facial as well. Her skin has never looked more clean and healthy and we are going to keep up with that as well.

Tara was excellent! I needed a haircut ASAP and Tara returned my voicemail within four hours offering a next-day appointment at 9am from a cancellation. She listened to what I wanted (shoulder length blunt haircut) and NAILED it. Simple, straightforward, professional, easy going. Cute little salon, clean, good music, and fair pricing. I'm fussy about my hair. I want it to look natural, but to be colors that not many people genetically have. Bright and bold, but natural looking. That's tough. Margaret nails it every time. I love coming to her salon, because of the vibe. Margaret is a "take you as you are" kind of person. For anyone who wants to talk, she is one of the most kind and non-judgemental humans in town. I come into her chair feeling tired and a little beat up from the world, and I always leave feeling happier than when I came in and loving my new hair. Couldn't recommend her and Allure more highly.
This small salon is a jewel tucked away in Sheridan, WY. My haircut was provide by a great stylist named Lauren. From the head massage to the wonderfully scented products and the really good cut, I couldn't have been happier. I have a hard time trusting my hair to most stylists but you can be sure next time I pass through Sheridan I will be stopping by for an appointment with Lauren.

Love going here got two piercings today and Tim was amazing. Answered any questions I had joked around with me. I was super nervous about one of them, and by the time it was ready to do it I was not nervous. Highly recommend going there for either tattoos or piercings because Amanda and John are amazing too.

A&B built a custom mother-in-law suite on our property for my mom and they did a fantastic job! We hit a few snags along the way and they handled it with grace and professionalism and helped us achieve the look we want. Her house is so beautiful, she loves it! It's very well built -- even the very minor things that have come up since completion were fixed within 24 hours of us calling Brian & Nehemiah. We appreciate A&B and would definitely work with them again. 10/10 recommend!
Had them do some work at the house. Nothing major but so far I am very pleased with the results. Been 1 year and only one small crack in the retaining wall. But no concrete can be completely perfect. Too many factors to take into consideration when it comes to concrete.

We were very happy with Excalibur Construction! On our 40 year old house, we had a new roof put on (rafters, insulation, sheeting, facia, soffit and gutters), replace a balcony and a new shower/bath area done...feels like a new house! Tom was very patient and worked with us to ensure the jobs were well done. We had a few hiccups here and there but, because of the scope of the remodel jobs, it could not be helped; everyone at Excalibur made sure the job got done to our satisfaction. When I started with Core over 6 years ago for PT I never left! I got through my PT and jumped right into Pilates. It's not just about the class but the instructors are passionate about what they teach, your form and technique. Everyone at Core is very helpful and great to work with, on the PT side as well as the fitness side of things.
