When I moved to the area I did like most people do and relied on Google reviews to choose various services in town. Knotty Salon gets rave reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. Now I know why people rave about Sierra! Wow! First of all, as a person she is so sweet and upbeat. My dogs *love her*! They just prance right in, no hesitation. They are Shelties, and a very intuitive and sensitive breed. If the vibe between human and dog is not there, it will show and they will become stressed. Not the case here! My little dog Bella is a sensitive sweet girl but a bit timid. She is treated with utmost gentleness and understanding. Both Sierra and Elisa are totally dependable . Sierra has the credentials to groom show dogs as well.

Sierra is so kind to our elderly, neurotic dog. He's fluffy but gets a little nervous with grooming and bathing. Not any more! I love the staff and our dog comes out pearly white and happy!
