Mountain View Veterinary Hospital

We were traveling through the Sheridan, Wyoming area with our 11-year-old dog when she started showing signs of a possible infection…not the kind of thing you want to deal with on the road, far from your regular vet. Mountain View Vet Hospital took great care of us. They were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule, even though they were already booked for the day, and we weren’t regular clients.

Our dog, Lilly, was diagnosed with an immune mediated bone marrow disease shortly after my husband and I arrived to the area for the summer. Although, ultimately, we could not save her, Mountain View gave Lilly the highest level of care throughout the course of her illness. The team helped us through multiple emergencies, facilitated cutting edge treatments, including several whole blood transfusions from their canine associates, and every team member at this hospital from the front reception, to the technicians, to the DVMs showed immense caring, compassion, and ultimately went above and beyond for Lilly. I cannot give enough praise for Mountain View Veterinary Hospital. All of the Veterinarians, Techs, and office staff are not just professional but exude kindness and compassion in how they treat the animals and their owners. We recently and unexpectedly had to put one of our dogs down. They treated us and our dog with such compassion during this entire process. Thank you for your kindness and support.
