10* please!! Wonderful service!We had a circuit out, BUT no breaker tripped. Called Direct on a Thurs and was told we'd be put on the list -- it would be next week. Thirty minutes later, a call, then Troy stopped, "I was in the neighborhood," he said. We explained what we'd done (including changing outlet receptacles) to check it out. He immediately found a polarity issue - switched out that outlet; checked other circuit outlets and found another circuit issue - fixed it. ALL WITHIN 30 minutes of arriving, and 5-7 days earlier than they predicted!! Cost was very reasonable to boot! This is a 'git 'er done' business. I highly recommend them.
