We absolutely love Urban Tails! Our girl has been going to UT since she was a puppy and she adores everyone there. I trust staff 100% to love and care for our girl like she was their own. They were careful, attentive, and deliberate in placing our dog in the play group she best fit into. They always communicate if there are any concerns, and send amazing “pupdates” when we board with them, so we feel comfortable and confident when we leave town. I can’t recommend UT enough!
Urban Tails Doggie Day Camp has been wonderful for our cocker spaniel, Sophie! From the moment we drop her off, we know she’s in caring and capable hands. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly loves the dogs they care for.
Sophie always comes home happy, well-exercised, and excited to go back, which says it all. We really appreciate the clean facility, great communication, and the genuine care they show every dog.

Urban Tails in Casper is a second home to our furry family member! We have been so pleased by the care given to our pet on several boarding stays and weekly camp visits. The indoor and outdoor spaces are safe and fun with a staff member always happy to pass out ear scratches or belly rubs to our pup. The staff is friendly and helpful and always happy to see us! Urban Tails has excellent communication with us about our pet and all things related to the facility. Very professional and friendly, highly recommend if your pet needs a place to be cared for while you're away.
