Visiting family on vacation from NC. Ended up with a severe eye injury. I called they got me in that day! I had to go in every day of my vacation but so worth keeping my sight! The whole team went above and beyond, but DR Porter was amazing. Each visit he did a thorough exam adjusted treatment each day to make sure the healing kept moving forward. He took the time to explain every step. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone and I am honestly thinking about planning my vacations around my yearly eye exam just to have Dr Porter and his crew.
I was on a road trip with my toddler daughter when I noticed she had something small in her eye that wouldn’t move. Soon, the eye became red and I grew increasingly worried being far from our primary healthcare team at home. I called Windy City eye care and they were able to see us that day and help get whatever was bothering my daughters eye out! It was a huge relief and I am incredibly grateful to their entire team and Dr. Porter.
I called for an emergency eye problem and they got me in immediately. Dr Porter is awesome!! I ended up having a tear in my retina and he got me scheduled with a surgeon to have it fixed right away. They are the BEST!!!
