Edit: giving a star back because they are so efficient except for communication.

Dinged a couple of stars for communication. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful- 5 star, but I did have to call twice to see why my glasses weren't in. First time they said wait a day, didn't get back to me. I called the beginning of the next week, and this time they called the lab and the lab didn't even have my frames yet. 7 to 10 days turned to 12 then to unknown. I understand the lab having issues is not their fault but when you run into something out of your control, communication with your customer is all you have left.

I would like to recommend this office to all. Doctor is knowledgeable, he explained everything so well. He answered all my questions. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable also. You feel well taken care of. There was no pressure sales but just recommendations. The girls help pick out glasses and I might add the lenses he prescribed work extremely well. I highly recommend Dr. Hibbert and his staff.
