I had problems with my furnace and reached out to him, and after my confusing description of the problem: “It’s making this clicking sound, and it works but it doesn’t…it’s lit but it’s not hot?” He was still able to accurately guess what was wrong, showcasing his expertise in both furnace repair and customer service deciphering that riddle ? He was outside of town but still made time to come to my house after hours without even charging me extra for it.
