“Our technician’s name is Ronald and he came to complete our annual check of the heating and air conditioning units. He immediately shared with us a problem he assessed and told us what was needed to correct it. He did not try to resecedule us but went ahead to start fixing the problem. This show a respect for our time which decreases the number of visits to our home for repair work. It was a good experience, due to his professional manner and demeanor. Plan to continue to do business with this company.”
“This is updated for 2026 because since the first time I called him a couple years ago, he's helped me several times in a pinch. Always willing to help. Always willing to hear everything before he has a solution. He's been doing this longer than I have and I'm not crafty or handy so it helps to have someone on speed dial. He's helped me with frozen pipes. Water issues. All kinds of stuff. I have a list of stuff for him to do this year and he already knows about it. Haha. Still dependable and reliable.”
