“CRS has always done excellent work and had great customer service previous times I have called them about my dinosaur of a furnace. I just had them replace my furnace and A/C units on 12/29/2023 and the work they did was great! They altered where the furnace was positioned and had to redo some duct work, and they also changed how it is vented to the outside and capped off the chimney in the basement. Adam and Tommy were very friendly and had good attitudes the entire time they were here. Matthew even stopped in for a bit to check on their work and make sure everything was going well. It was absolutely a positive experience. Thank you, CRS!“

He is always reachable and gets to me within a reasonable amount of time.. His costs and fees are very fair and when he is done with a job, the problem is fixed and he doesn't leave a mess behind.... “If someone asked me for a swim spa recommendation I would simply say one name: Chad Elza. In April 2023 he coordinated and executed the delivery and install on our swim spa and everything went according to plan even though he couldn't physically be there due to unforeseen circumstances. I believe that speaks volumes to the level of professionalism and dedication he has toward his job. He has definitely fostered strong working relationships with all the vendors he uses to the point that even in his absence all moving parts worked effortlessly together. From day one he has been so attentive and promptly answered all my questions and concerns and leading up to the morning of delivery he walked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable with the install. It's a true testament to his work ethics and attention to detail. Fast forward to now, there have been a few functionality issues with our unit, no fault to Koval, and yet again Chad has worked with me promptly to get us back up and running each time. It's easy to give high praise when everything goes flawlessly, however I think it's more worthy for the praise when things go south and you get to experience what true quality customer service looks like when you need it the most. Thank you to Chad and the Koval team for all you do day in and day out!“

“WHEN MY FURNACE WAS RUNNING 3 DAYS AGO (ON A FRIDAY), I COULD SMELL OIL ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE. ON MONDAY MORNING, I CALLED ECONOMY FURNACE, AND A SERVICEMAN CAME THAT MORNING CLEANED AND SERVICED THE FURNACE. BEFORE NOON, THE FURNACE WAS RUNNING. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE THAT ECONOMY WAS ABLE TO FIT THE REPAIR IN THEIR SCHEDULE SO QUICKLY. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY. KAREN KOCH. THANK YOU.“
