“We called Gibbs on a Sunday afternoon, he returned the call a few hours later and was literally a half hour later. He could have charged for an emergency appointment but did not. (We would have paid that, it was 90 degrees in our house.). He fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to show me how to take the sides off of the unit and told me what to buy and exactly how to clean it, but did tell me if I wasn’t comfortable doing it myself to just give him a call and he would come back out and do that as well. Very professional and respectful. He could not have been nicer. If you need anything done with an air conditioner he is definitely your man.”
