Caparo’s HVAC & Plumbing
“I’ve had a house in the Poconos for years and have dealt with more than my share of HVAC and plumbing contractors — most of them showing up late, charging too much, and leaving a mess behind. Then I found Kevin Caparo, and he has quickly become my go-to guy for everything.
When we had a serious water leak in the basement, Kevin was the one I called. He responded right away, came out promptly, and handled the situation like a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, fixed it cleanly and efficiently, and made sure the root cause was completely resolved so it wouldn’t happen again. Thanks to Kevin, the basement is now completely dry with no signs of any issues.
What really stands out about Kevin is that he’s a true owner-operator who does the work himself. You get his decades of experience every single time. He’s meticulous, clean (he protects your floors and leaves the job site spotless), and incredibly knowledgeable across plumbing, HVAC, and more. He’s basically a one-man fix-it army.
Beyond the technical skill, Kevin is just a good, honest guy. Fair pricing, no surprise charges, and he always stands behind his work. In an industry full of headaches, dealing with Caparo’s HVAC feels like a breath of fresh air.
If you’re in the Jefferson Township, Lake Ariel, or North Pocono area and need plumbing, HVAC, heating, or cooling service — stop looking. Call Kevin. He’s reliable, skilled, and truly cares about doing the job right.
Highly, highly recommend. One of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
