J.T. and Carson did a great job for me. Due to no fault of theirs, we had a delay in obtaining a new HVAC unit for my home. The fault was due to the current labor / unemployment issue but J. T. kept me updated while we waited for the unit to arrive. Once it did arrive, they were quick in getting to work by installing it at my home.
They were friendly, informative and pleasant during the process. I'd recommend Precision Plus to any homeowner in North Central WV. Since I'm a Realtor, I will also recommend them to clients.
