We only just started going here. It's nice because it's closer to home. The staff has been super nice. I often leave doctor's offices because the staff are awful. This place has been great.
Such a great experience. As a new client, in making an appointment, checking in, the vet tech and the Doctor, my kitty was shown caring & compassion by Martinsburg Animal Hospital. They were reasonably priced and we will take our other pets there for the awesome care they provide. They show that they love animals 😀
I have being going to this office for many years. Dr Sauble was the best. Recently, I had an issue with both of my babies Buddy and Titan and Di (she’s been there since Dr Sauble) was so compassionate to me. Thank you Di! Buddy and Titan thank you too! I chatted with her about my dogs status , didn’t feel rushed and she told me she’d chat with the vet and call me the next day to follow up and see if there was anything else I needed to do. She called me like she said and I just really appreciated the care and quick response. I also liked the fact that I didn’t need an appointment to chat with the vet about my concerns.
