What a great experience! My grandpup is so happy when she visits here. The staff returns her beautifully clean and tidied up. The spa had a big job with a white great pyrenees who has recently made rounds to all the dog parks in the area 😂
They took the entire shift to groom my dog. if they didn't have groomers available , then why schedule an 8am appointment? Not only that, but after spending nearly 10 hours at the groomer, he came back in a highly stressed state and drank an entire bowl of water and I had to rush him outside immediately to use the bathroom because it was obvious he was not taken out. When I called to ask what the deal was, they said that sick and sedated dogs take priority so it can sometimes take a while before they get to your dog. Again, why are you scheduling appointments that you don't have time for? If I had known it would take that long and is standard to overbook grooming appointments and sit dogs in a room for hours with no water or access outside to use the bathroom, I obviously would not have scheduled in the first place. It really gives off the impression that this place is more interested in getting as many appointments in as possible at the cost of the well-being of the animal. Avoid getting your dog groomed here.
Paw Spa helped us out with an emergency short term boarding situation for a very special kitty and we are so thankful for the kindness and care shown to him (as well as to us !) We are forever grateful 😻
