Front desk staff is wonderful, so helpful and kind. I was very surprised to see a review claiming no one spoke to the owner about costs, as I have always been told and given a paper with cost breakdown before any expensive procedure and given the choice whether I wanted to proceed or not. Several of the vet techs are the best, leaving feeling as if they truly like and care about my animal.

I've been taking my dog here since e before he was 2mos old. He has always seen B. Reich DVM. The last time which was almost 6mos ago, he'd seen a female veterinarian. Did not like her one bit. Told me I need to be more stern with my dog and make him listen. Wouldn't see my dog without a muzzle. He had never ever in his life been muzzled before this. The staff knows how gentle and sweet he is. He had ear infection and she wanted to start with ear rinse. Needless to say the infection got worse which means another visit. B. Reich and staff are 5 stars she is a 1 star. I will not let her around my dog again.

Everything here is good! Dr. Reich came up with a solution to control my allergic kitty's "itchies" ! Whew! and just wanted to add, that this same kitty decided to take a huge leap off of a 20ft high railing at our house...emergency emergency...Dr. Reich and staff saw us immediately and did x-ray , pain meds, the "works" for Jerry cat. I truly appreciate everyone that works there...it can't be easy.
