A few months later I realized I needed a new roof on a rental property I own and a storage shed at the same site. I contacted Modern Renovations, quickly received a quote and agreed to have them replace the roofs for me. The work was completed quickly, all debris cleaned up and I had two beautiful new roofs to protect my property. I requested and received the fifty year warranty on materials and installation and am very happy with their work.“
