I went on his website, filled out the form to have someone contact me and within 24 hours he was reaching out to come give an estimate. After he got here he found that our gutters were basically pieced together which was causing them to leak which was also causing damage to our porch and drainage issues around my house. He was very thorough and took his time with everything and answered any and all my questions without making me feel dumb. He took care of the permit for our porch and he was also very considerate of me having to take my dog outside while he was working on the porch as unfortunately that’s the only way out with stairs right now. I have gotten many compliments on my porch since its completion. He was done in September but now in December he called to follow up to make sure we were still satisfied with his work and if we have any issues. He takes pride in his work and does a fantastic job.
