I saw Modern Renovations LLC Roofing installing a new roof on a home near my residence. I liked the work I saw them doing, the materials used and the length of time it took them to complete the job. A few months later I realized I needed a new roof on a rental property I own and a storage shed at the same site. I contacted Modern Renovations, quickly received a quote and agreed to have them replace the roofs for me. The work was completed quickly, all debris cleaned up and I had two beautiful new roofs to protect my property. I requested and received the fifty year warranty on materials and installation and am very happy with their work.

In today's environment of service oriented companies, it is not difficult to sound terrific selling your services or products. The real test comes when things do not work out the way they were supposed to. We had a full, new roof installed 5 years ago. When we had a problem, Larry & Shawn made sure we were taking care of & our interest were their top priority. Rather than playing "the blame game", our roof was replaced the very next day. The crew was efficient, professional & completely cleaned up any evidence of the work they had done.
