“I was traveling through and had a dental emergency. I showed up at 0730 when they opened and told the front desk of my issue, they were very polite and accommodating. Worked me right in even though they’re a busy office. After filling out a patient information paperwork, I was in a room with the dental assistant and by 0800 the dentist was assisting my issue. Done and out the door by 0900. If I lived in this area there is no doubt this is the office I’d get my dental care from.Thanks for helping me enjoy the rest of my vacation.“
“I called Dr. Smith's office,with my fingers crossed, just praying I could get my son, who was having a dental emergency and was not a patient, a same day appointment. By this point I had been on the phone a few hours and had been told anywhere from a few days to 6 mo, before they could get him in. When I was asked if we could be there by 1, I almost dropped the phone. Of course we went.My first impression of everyone at this office has been wonderful. They all make you feel welcome and the Dr has great bedside manners. He is able to explain everything so that I was able to understand it. This is just 1 out of 3 kids that I am transferring to his office. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff you were all wonderful and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.“

“I seriously can’t recommend Burgess Dental enough. I suffer from extreme anxiety, and before becoming a patient there I had a lot of fear about the dentist stemming from childhood experiences where my pain was ignored. The folks at Burgess are extremely understanding and accommodating — everyone from the front desk to the dentists.Maddie, in particular, is a wonderful dentist. She really listens to me to make sure that I’m fully numb before starting her work, and she encourages me to stop her if I feel *anything.* I became a patient there at 25, after having not gone to the dentist since childhood. Even though I know my teeth weren’t in great shape, Maddie and the other staffers didn’t make me feel bad about it — they encouraged me and told me that they can definitely help get my mouth back on track. There was none of the doom and gloom that I had expected.No joke, I genuinely look forward to going to Burgess, whether just for a teeth cleaning or even a filling. Great music, good vibes, kind staff. Seriously, go to Burgess Dental.“

“I met Dr. Burgess's daughter, (Dr. Madeline or maybe Dr. Mags??), on a recent (and first) visit to this dentistry. Simply AMAZING. From the moment I arrived the receptionist staff was professional and courteous and this held true through the entire visit which included a scheduled broke tooth getting fixed and a un-scheduled cavity fix, which was a huge surprise as the visit itself was made in 2 days from when I called to schedule the broke tooth issue. I am planning on moving my entire family over to this practice immediately.“

“I absolutely LOVE Dr. Nagy!! He goes above and beyond to help his patients. I had an issue and he made sure that issue was fixed in no time at all. I couldn't come into his office for a pick up during office hours, so he met me after I got work, which was 2 1/2 hours after his office closed; I don't know too many dentist that will do stay after hours nor come back. The staff is also very friendly, understanding, and makes you feel welcomed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice for your dental needs.“

“My wife gets anxiety from dentist from things that happened when she was younger. She let the dentist/front ladies know and they were very nice to her and helped her. When she had a bad infection and her tooth wouldn’t numb the dentist tried he’s best to numb it. This is the only place she will go to now. We were there today to get a tooth pulled for her 3/18/24 and the ladies were so nice and helpful! The dentist seemed to just wanna be done and left“
