I called Dr. Smith's office,with my fingers crossed, just praying I could get my son, who was having a dental emergency and was not a patient, a same day appointment. By this point I had been on the phone a few hours and had been told anywhere from a few days to 6 mo, before they could get him in. When I was asked if we could be there by 1, I almost dropped the phone. Of course we went.My first impression of everyone at this office has been wonderful. They all make you feel welcome and the Dr has great bedside manners. He is able to explain everything so that I was able to understand it. Great dentist office. They always get you in promptly and are very thorough and explain everything to you. The dentist always addresses any concerns and explains everything to you.

The level of care is top notch and I could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and quality of care I received.
