I met Dr. Burgess's daughter, (Dr. Madeline or maybe Dr. Mags??), on a recent (and first) visit to this dentistry. Simply AMAZING. From the moment I arrived the receptionist staff was professional and courteous and this held true through the entire visit which included a scheduled broke tooth getting fixed and a un-scheduled cavity fix, which was a huge surprise as the visit itself was made in 2 days from when I called to schedule the broke tooth issue. I am planning on moving my entire family over to this practice immediately.

Dr. Burgess is wonderful! He's very nice and welcoming to his patients, and knowledgeable and thorough in his work. His daughter is also a dentist in this office too and she is top notch. She did an excellent job giving me two fillings due to painful sensitivity. The dental hygienists in the office are so friendly and knowledgeable as well. I've been going here for dental services for years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Charleston.

Been seeing Dr. Burgess since the late 80's. Could never imagine going anywhere else! The office is very modern and extremely clean. The staff here treat everyone like family. Dr. Burgess uses state of the art dental equipment to make sure your teeth are has healthy as possible. If you are someone who has a fear of the dentist, after coming here, you will no longer have that fear!
