My son has been going to the oakwood office and we loved his D.A. I was left a message 2 weeks ago that my sons appointment needs rescheduled. Ive called a couple times and have left 2 messages for a call back. I actually got someone to andswer and as I was talking saying who I am i was hung up on. I calked back 4 times to be sent to voicemail the 5th call same woman answered and put me immediately on hold and No one picked up the line for 8 min. Very unprofessional. We will take our business elsewhere. Spears was never informative either.
