Kevin from SureQuest completed not one but two home inspections for me as a first-time home buyer looking at historic homes in the South Hills/South Charleston neighborhoods. His inspection reports are incredibly thorough and easy to interpret, and he offers a great walk-through to show you his concerns in person. Also, he uses a drone to survey the roof, gutters, chimney, and fascia/soffits to provide close-up photos of any areas of concern.
