Sam was very professional and prompt on scheduling and completing home inspection. He walked through everything and sent the written report within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Vandalia.
I recently had an inspection completed with Sam. Leading up to the inspection, Sam was very responsive and professional. At the end of the inspection, I met with Sam so he could explain any findings. Sam had a systematic way of walking me through the property and describing any findings. He added subject matter knowledge throughout the walk through and I was able to learn a lot. I’ve had walk throughs from inspections before and I enjoyed the way Sam conducted his.
Sam was great about doing the inspection and answering questions. He is very polite and patient during the walk through which is great when trying to buy a home. I highly suggest him to anyone!!
