Husband ordered flowers from Ruth’s roses for what ever reason this company was contacted to make the arrangement and deliver.
1) the arrangement was not delivered in the time agreed upon
2) husband ordered a deluxe arrangement higher cost larger arrangement, what he picked was not even close to being sent to a store. First photo is what he ordered except there should have been more flowers the second photo is what was sent to a store paid over 100 for this arrangement
3) wife spent 3 hours on the phone with “ Ruth’s roses” to receive no help, BBB contacted this place is a scam

Son sent flowers for Mother's Day in sat, they did not come, he called and asked me if they came Sunday Mother's Day , they did not- Monday at 6:30 pm! I'd give no stars if I could. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. They say have a shop, it's out of their house, USE A REPUTABLE FLOWERS SHOP

We ordered through 1-800flowers this beautiful arrangement for a friends funeral! But what we got was unreal. I should have just ordered something from Walmart delivery or fake flowers from the dollar tree. I would have at least got my monies worth. How disappointing.
