always provides the absolute best customer service and flower arrangements! regardless of funeral(where I purchased a huge Lilly bouquet and a quilt for my mother that was breathtaking) or birthdays, mothers day and beyond. some small town pride may bias my opinion..but oh man..they do such beautiful work!!

I can not say enough nice things about this boutique. The florists carefully create consistent and outstandingly beautiful arrangements for every occasion. They are mindful of the senders intentions and go out of their way to help find the perfect selection. Their delivery is as promised and you should call them direct for the best experience. Expect courtesy and kindness. Best florist in the state of West Virginia!

Special Occasions is the best florist/gift shop around!!! I wanted a glass block with light purple wings and a line from a song for my best friend in a vibrant purple and they not only accommodated my request but texted the colors to for my approval before it was completed!!!! The staff is helpful, friendly and compassionate when it is necessary!!!!
